About Lintonette Wartime :
My name is Lintonette Ilse Wartime and I have been in the work environment since 2016 to date. My first employment started with Verimark which has elevated and opened doors for me in the sales environment, where I was appointed as Sales assistant. What I enjoyed most about the experience was interacting with customers 1 on 1, it also contributed to my confidence.
My second work experience was at Earthnut Design, where I climbed the ladder by being appointed as Sales manager, as well as driver of Sales in the fashion/retail industry. Once again, it gave me so much joy to see the expressions on our regular elite clients who would only want to be assisted by me and this was all based on me presenting quality over quantity service delivery.
My most recent employment was with Power Quality where I was appointed Receptionist which later grew into Admin, Sales as well as Marketing. I was allowed to use my initiative to improve on certain factors where there was lack. Power Quality was an experience that taught me how much potential I have, what I'm capable of, and that I perform well under pressure.
By considering my resume, I can confidently say that I'm a good communicator, good listener and a fast learner. I definitely consider myself an asset to any company who's willing to give me an opportunity. You are looking at someone that's willing to grow within the company, and always go the extra mile.

Experience
- Undertake all reception and Clerical duties.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable.
- Greet and welcome customers.
- Switchboard - Answering all incoming calls, redirecting them to the relevant departments and taking accurate messages.
- Answering questions and addressing complaints.
- Receiving letters, packages, etc. and distributing them.
- Preparing outgoing mail by drafting correspondents, securing and receiving deliveries, etc.
- Check, sort and forwarding emails.
- Monitoring office supplies.
- Keep updated records and files.

- Take up other duties as required such as:
- Admin :
- Developing and maintaining a filing system.
- Implementing and initiating new ideas and structures e.g vehicle logs for outgoing and incoming vehicles belonging to the company, keeping track of services due on all company vehicles.
- Creating Certificates of appreciation for all staff.
- Assist Co-ordinating staff events.
- Capturing and control all petty cash and making sure all receipts are processed.
- Sales and Marketing :
- Research and identify new opportunities by contacting prospective customers.
- Forwarding Company Profiles to various customers and following up.
- Creating follow up spreadsheet, as well as daily call records
- Setting daily sales targets
- Following up on existing customers
