I am a hard working, honest individual who is very energetic and full of life. I have worked as a Withdrawal Claims Administrator from 2003 to 2004 then got promoted to be a Checking administrator from 2004 to 2006 then as a Death Claims Administrator from 2006 until 2022.
I love being a claims Administrator since you become a very important person or a life saver in life of the customer/client at their time of need when they have lost their job/their breadwinner (the thanks you get from them after helping them is out of this world).
I am very good on my customer service skills and interpersonal skill. In addition to this I have good aptitude of figures.
