I’ve always had a great interest in recruitment. It’s a job I’ve looked a lot into and I believe, with my sales skills and resilience that I could bring a lot to the team in RECRUITERS. I am ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenge and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive toward. I'm not comfortable with settling, and I'm always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness. I am passionate about my work. Because I love what I do, I have a steady source of motivation that drives me to do my best. In my past jobs,  this passion led me to challenge myself daily and learn new skills that helped me to do better work. I am highly organized. I always take notes, and I use a series of tools to help myself stay on top of deadlines. I like to keep a clean workspace and create a logical filing method so I’m always able to find what I need. I find this increases efficiency and helps the rest of the team stay on track, too. 

I’m a people-person. I love meeting new people and learning about their lives and their backgrounds. I can almost always find common ground with strangers, and I like making people feel comfortable in my presence. I find this skill is especially helpful when kicking off projects with new clients. 

I’m a natural leader. I find co-workers usually come to me with questions or concerns even when I’m not in a leadership role because if I don’t know the answer, I’ll at least point them in the right direction. am results-oriented, constantly checking in with the goal to determine how close or how far away we are and what it will take to make it happen. I find this pressure inspiring and a great motivator for the rest of the team.

I am an excellent communicator. I pride myself on making sure people have the right information because it drives better results. Most business issues stem from poor communication, so I feel a responsibility to keep everyone on the same page.

ICG Medical - Greenstaff medical

  • Proactively manage the selection process including: requisition management, sourcing candidates, interviewing, generating offers and facilitating the on-boarding process for candidates.
  • Manage and conduct full-cycle recruiting for all levels of positions, performing extensive screening of hundreds of candidates weekly, vetting for culture, personality, fundamental technical skills and targeted competencies.
  • Review and prescreen hundreds of resumes within  Applicant Tracking System, conducting Competency Based Pre-screen phone/video/ and/or face-to-face interviews.
  • Pipeline candidates utilizing online recruiting resources  and various local and global job boards
  • Create Hiring Manager Interview Guides and Feedback Forms for all positions to assist with competency based interviews.
  • Monitor progress for all program hires, ensuring completion of offer letters, and all contingencies.
  • Schedule and coordinate all site interviews including arranging conference rooms / calls.
  • Have a robust understanding of the marketplace and have ability to pre-screen large quantities of candidates (worldwide) on determined pre-requisites.
  • Partner with other Recruiters and HR staff to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitate an effective high-volume search & screening process.
  • Build targeted marketing campaigns to attract key talent on an ongoing basis.
  • Work closely with Hiring team in providing staffing support to meet the key identified deliverables.
  • Work closely with department and managers on on-going, ad-hoc projects.

 

Webhelp SA 

Accountable for ensuring that the Candidate Engagement Team runs smoothly, delivering resourcing services to all campaigns across the region (SA, UK, India). Highly organised and process driven, working efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
 

  • Managing the Candidate Engagement Team to ensure a full understanding of business requirements that need to be met
  • Ensuring the sourcing activity including telephone interviews and the screening process is regularly reviewed to support continuous improvement
  • Working closely with the Recruitment Marketing Team to ensure a consistent flow of quality candidates to deliver requirements
  • Managing the workload of the Candidate Engagement Consultants on an ongoing basis, sharing activities and tasks to ensure maximum capacity of resource is utilised
  • Working closely with the Volume Recruitment Teams to gain a clear understanding of recruitment interview schedules and sharing this with the Candidate Engagement Consultants to align activity accordingly
  • Conducting regular 1:1’s and providing clear KPI’s to the Candidate Engagement Consultants
  • Monitoring activity of the various recruitment systems (ATS, AI engagement, HRIS) ensuring accurate updates are made
  • Producing reports on a daily and weekly basis to monitor activity and liaising with the Candidate Engagement Manager to suggest improvements and efficiencies
  • 360 Recruitment process in conjunction with Recruitment Manager and team
  • Managed 360 process from engagement to placement

TFG - Sales TL

Perform sales, management, and administrative tasks, such as maintaining your sales performance, recruiting and training staff, and monitoring inventory.

  • Develop and implement training on CRM, leads generation, and conversion, as well as bi-annual sales training.
  • Conduct PowerPoint training presentations for new and present members.
  • Improve the quality of the sales associates as a quality assurance agent monitoring and coaching the sales rep.
  • Create presentations to be used by sales representatives when working with financial institutions, and larger associations
  • Process cell phone contracts and sales through system while helping customers and using computer applications to complete transactions.
  • Develop marketing and sales strategies
  • Assume ownership and accountability for the timely and accurate identification and resolution of operational, benefit, data and communication issues.

  • Facilitate inter-departmental communication to effectively provide customer support.
