Currently employed at the SLOW lounge under First National Bank, working as a Lounge Host. 

My duties include:

• Planning for sufficient catering
• Actioning requests received (responding to all requests on email)
• Executing tasks required at the end of shift
• Familiarizing with policies and procedures
• Processing incoming and outgoing telephone calls 
• Ensuring best customer service at all times by being efficient and knowing how to handle complaints in a calm and professional manner always.

Attended high school at Sunward Park High, matriculated in 2011 with a bachelor's degree.

Went on to Study Tourism management at UNISA however due to unforeseen circumstances course was incomplete.
