I am a driven Tracing Consultant with 9 years of working experience. I am an inspiring and conscientious leader, with a strong background in team development and a solid reputation for assessing business needs, developing cost-saving solutions, increasing sales and driving customer satisfaction. As much as I am people orientated, I also enjoy working independently. I would like to thank you in advance for considering my curriculum vitae.

As a young driven tracing consultant, I was thrilled to see the available post. I am positive I can help with the company’s upcoming challenges. I have achieved a certificate for best Tracing Consultant in my current occupation, which proves how diligent I am as an employee in the workplace.

I have worked for Tal Investigation Services, ICTS, Batsomi Tracing Solutions and I'm now employed at Gateways Tracing Services. 

In my current position I have increased the stats by 45%. I have great experience in call centre processes and procedures as well as customer care service protocols as I deal with clients on a daily basis. In the past 9 years of my working experience, I have gained great skills in office administration as my job description requires a lot of admin work while assisting and communicating with clients with their claims as a tracing consultant. 

I have good communication skills, time management skills and I pay attention to detail. I am great with office administration as I have experience as an office administrator/receptionist.
