Summary of Professional Experience:
At ALLFUELS, as an Admin Assistant, I efficiently managed scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for management staff. I provided secretarial support and maintained cooperative working relationships. My responsibilities included answering phone calls and emails, resulting in effective business correspondence, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, letters, and emails, organizing both physical and digital files, and updating reports to coordinate project materials. I also coordinated appointments and conferences, transcribed meeting minutes using voice or notepad, and used Sage PASTEL system for various tasks. My skills were utilized in ordering fuels and assisting Vortex company, preparing fuel station reports for my manager, marketing at garages for events promotion and reputation development, attending regular training sessions to learn new skills, and following company processes to complete invoicing tasks.
Department of Tourism, my duties included managing participation in exhibitions, awareness programs, roadshows as well as creating marketing plans for the unit. I was also responsible for planning and coordinating marketing events along with ordering stationery and promotional items. I liaised with graphic design teams to create public outreach materials such as leaflets and fliers.
As an Office Management Intern at the Department of Tourism in a secretary role: In preparation for meetings, I called for agenda items from members two weeks in advance, compiled draft agendas from member submissions - distinguishing between informational items versus decisional topics - while ensuring background documentation were available. Finalizing the agenda with the Chair was a key part of this process. Additionally, my tasks involved preparing briefing notes for the Chair on each agenda item while coordinating logistical arrangements such as booking venues or arranging catering for meetings with the Administrative Officer/Assistant support, Working on recruitment and Employment equity plan

I attended Luthayi High School in 2017 before continuing their education at Durban University of Technology (DUT). At DUT, first obtained a Diploma in Business Administration in 2021. They later advanced their studies in the field and earned an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration in 2022. Finally, completed a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration in 2023.
