I am a very ambitious and a very dedicated person. I love a challenge. i have over 12 year's of career experience . I believe that I do have the necessary knowledge and experience. I love working with people from different backgrounds . I enjoy working under deadlines and cutoff times .  Having this kind of personality contributes towards my excellent communication Skills in the work place. My character traits of honesty, loyalty and integrity are portrait as my strength. My desire to pursue towards achievement and success continues to be an asset in different aspect of my career and life. I have the potential to apply analytical and problem solving skills to a range of ideas. Being a dedicated and responsible individual, allows me to promptly carry out all tasks  Allocated to me. I can confidently say that I am self-driven, results orientated, with a positive outlook .I Am enthusiastic, willing to learn and will strive to contribute to the development of your organization.

In my Career life i have been exposed and gained vast experience in the retail sector where i have undergone training and served in multiple departments from front shop, cashier, shop assistant, to receiving stock, handling customer queries and supplier queries, back office, staff cash, store sales, store expenses, store capex etc.

i later on Joined Supply chain under warehouse and distribution, where i also have trained and work in all departments in the distribution from receiving to machine operators(stock pack away) inventory, picking of stock, central audit point, dispatch and returns department. not only have i worked in this departments but i have also managed the entire Distribution center having all direct report to myself and 14 Supervisors of direct report to me. having report such as inventory stock level, total value of distribution center, slow seller and fast ones. Weekly volume projections, weekly scorecard feedback on previous week performance to senior team etc.

I hold Matric Grade 12 certificate, National management certificate, National General Management certificate and currently studying towards Bachelor of Business administration.

I also hold several inhouse courses which i obtained in previous employer which are valid info across different businesses. which include, Performance management certificate, Shrinkage and loss, managing employee relations, recruitment and selection, conducting and initiating a charge, initiating within a disciplinary enquiry
