: Maintaining and supporting VC/AV in the boardrooms

                                                            : Ensuring uptime of Video conference and AV equipment

                                                            : Troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair all VC/

 AV equipment (projectors, matrix switchers, polycom units, cabling etc.

                                                            : Preventative maintenance check weekly and send it to our line manager, I am doing telephonic support when AV equipment are not working

: Maintaining logged calls (incident calls) on time

: Weekly report on ongoing issues

: Helping installation team when required

: Monitoring video conference bridge and set up multiple party

: Automation of video conference environment

: Set up and scheduling of meeting rooms prior to meetings

: Helpdesk support and remote support 

I have S4 qualifications in Electrical engineering (light current) and i also have 2 AWS certifications.namely cloud practitioner and solution architect associate
