2020 Jan -Nov 2020 I was working at a comps called LCM Media as an assistance my job description was Responsibilities included providing customer assistance with various tasks such as making photocopies, facilitating internet access, and troubleshooting basic computer-related issues. Demonstrated proficiency and experience in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 

2020 November I got another job at Kees beyers chocolate factory also worked there as an assistance my job description was Responsibilities included packing, weighing, and assigning batch numbers to manufactured products. Ensured that products met quality standards and were in optimal condition. Maintained smooth and efficient operations by overseeing workflow and ensuring processes were orderly and well-coordinated.

I have a Degree in Bachelor of social sciences in psychology from Northwest  University . 

I also have a post -graduate certificate in education also from northwest university. 
Both these qualifications are completed .
