After leaving Bridge I have been trying my hand at a few different things, starting my own business and helping restaurant owners to implement procedures, costings and training staff, HR and Operations. I am needing more stability in my career and am looking for a home away from home in a company that will fulfil me and challenge me and that I can bring my experience to.
