About Khanyisa Lutholi:

I am a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Management graduate from the Nelson Mandela University. My academic studies and work experience in one of the biggest global company has given me a better insights into the future of customer needs . My skills range from data analytics, customer service, sales & marketing, change management and agile methodology. Working in agile teams within a solutions space, enabled me to create and develop strong interpersonal relationships that lead to success, motivation and high value products. High stress environments such as customer service, taught me to be comfortable with flexibility while managing stress to remain performance driven. Being able to adapt quickly, provide real time solutions and relationship management was skills I learned quickly as a scrum master within a solutions space. One of my majors, industrial psychology gave me insight to thrive independently as well as in a team. Finding unconventional ways to solve problems hence being a customer and a business graduate myself puts me in a perfect position to study, drive and influence the way that is done, always ensuring a memorable experience with creativity.
