About Levashin Mikhail:

I was a professional ballet dancer with Cape Town City Ballet, however my passion for teaching has grown and matured in pilates , I teach at Virgin Active, Pilates mat to a wide range of members ranging from beginners to intermediates , I also teach yoga , specifically yin yoga and align techniques from Iyengar. I am currently 5 years in my teaching career for pilates and 7 years for yoga.
