Hi my name is Zunaid 

I am a Sports massage and Pilates instructor and I am skilled in other therapies like cupping and access bars.

Meditation and being creative is the best way for to me relax. I also find gardening and cleaning the house to be very therapeutic. I love being in nature, hiking and taking walks on the beach to taking time out and recharge.

My other passion are cooking and making music and dancing 

Being a massage therapist has increased my knowledge in wellness on a mind body and soul. Over the years I have development great understanding and compassion to help people, it has taught me how to listen and hold space for my clients to feel heard and safe 

I received my education through Tri Focus institute where I did a course in fitness personal training and Pilates. My Sports massage certificate was done through ETA collage and then Neuro Kinetic Therapy (NKT) through the institute of Neuro Kinetic Therapy . 

Over I have work and gained most of my experience in Pilates Studios. There after focused on start a mobile service, seeing my clients at the homes
