My name is Christinah Mochechela, my qualifications include a National certification in Information Technology (Programming), Level 2 Software Development Certificate studied at Jeppe College. I have working experience in Retail, Call centre and Professional corporate environment, in these fields I have acquired knowledge and skills in office administration, client service, IT Administration Support and Data capturing experience. My recent work experience is that I manage Tier.net Database I capture daily HIV and TB patient, do monthly reports, manage missed appointments and trace unconfirmed lost to follow patients, Viral load dues, Waiting for art list, export HIV/TB data to Excel spreadsheet for analysing and validating data for reporting specified indicators and being able to do improvement plans based on the data outcomes, Capture monthly data on Run chart report, do backups and dispatch data, do Patient record filling and do data clean-up for errors.im also delegated to do quality assurance , Capture waiting time and Patient Experience of care. I can also capture DHIS data from PHC tick registers and in that aspect I understand and know the data elements, I also have been on training for WebDHIS, PSI and PEC which was my duty to manage and capture patient safety incidents and patients complains, suggestion, compliments and rate us forms.
Am an individual who can interact with different people from all levels, I’m loyal and dependable, am a very solution-orientated type of person who doesn’t easily surrender to any challenge or problem. I’m a hardworking and dedicated person. Having me in your organization will be very imperative as I’m willing to learn more and equip myself with all the necessary skills needed for one to be an expert and help any organization achieve its objectives by enhancing strong internal controls and maintaining satisfactory procedures.
