I have 5 years Helpdesk working experience with Velaphanda Trading and Projects. I was managing 

technicians, managing helpdesk system, logging calls for technicians and making sure that our clients 

get a good service. I have also had an opportunity to gain experience as an IT technician with 

Department of Education Limpopo. I also worked at Polokwane municipality for a year as a service 

provider working with Polokwane helpdesk team using Manage Engine helpdesk system for logging 

calls and capturing Municipality assets. I am currently working as IT Helpdesk Technician at LCK Technologies.

- provide a first-line support to end users who face problems with computer software and hardware.  receives all the incoming calls and emails for all the Information technologies (computers hardware and software, Printers, Phones) issues within the organization and from the customers

-Managing incoming calls and emails from the users/clients and provide help-desk support/troubleshoot telephonically

-Logging calls for Technicians using BPO system

-Collecting and capturing information needed to be captured on the BPO system

-Attend to internal end user support request

- Ensuring technicians attend to calls as required

- deliver support to an organization's desktop/ laptop
