Primarily working within the field of civil and commercial litigation. Specialising in general litigation as well as banking litigation, attending to foreclosures, vehicle repossession, attachments and debt collections. Drafting correspondence and legal documents, such as notices, summons, applications, affidavits, pre-trial documents and briefs to move varieties of matters. Instructing correspondent attorneys and briefing counsel to attend to matters on our behalf. Attending to matters and queries at the High Court, Magistrates’ Courts and Master’s Office. Committed to utilising skills and experience to further objectives of the company and clients. Oversees the debt review department on matters instructed by financial institutions and voted top performer for the last 11 months;

Obtained my Bachelors of Law degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in April 2020.
