Experience
have achieved NQF Level 5: System development certificate, now I'm studying towards Comptia A+ certificate after my 1 year experience as an IT Technician.
In my recent position as an IT Technician at Thekwini TVET Collage, I have been assisting in maintaining a large computer network and offering support to a large population of users. My ability to analyze and diagnose a problem quickly has helped the Collage to maintain a high level of efficiency. I use my broad technical knowledge and my ability to be a part of a successful team to keep users and managers working effectively.
My dedication to constantly upgrading my knowledge base and solving user issues makes me the best possible candidate for this position. I have excellent analytical and thinking skills with the ability to solve problems and stay updated on all new technology that becomes available.
