Keenan Wagner

I have a Bachelors Degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town. I have depth of experience within Sales and customer service. However I am looking to gain more practical experience within human resources and people management. 

I am extremely fast and capable when learning new things. I am able to learn on the job and grasp things quickly. I am very practical and like to solve problems when they arise. I believe having a balance of healthy body and healthy mind makes for robust and happy and enthusiastic employees.

If given an opportunity to prove myself I will make the most of it and allow for my actions and behavior to speak for themselves.

I have depth of experience within sales and customer service environments understanding both sides from an employee as well as a customer perspective. Having worked for companies from entry level I understand the experience of an employee entering into an organization. This understanding allows me to provide unique perspective and approach to recruiting and human resource management. 

My experience within customer service space allowed me to build conflict resolution as well as to be able to think quickly and provide resolutions in a timely manner. I believe this will directly translate into the human resource space to provide employers and employees with the best most efficient service.

I completed my Bachelors Degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Cape Town.
