I'm a graphics designer specializing in creating fun visuals AI digital art. I'm also a freelance customer support agent, and I've worked in the customer relations industry for the past 5 years.

I'm proficient in Midjourney text-to-image prompting and Photoshop image editing. I'm extremely passionate about creating landscape art specifically, and I love imagining and creating unique worlds through the power of AI.

In my customer support role, I am also proficient in quite a few CRM and other communication tools. I've also learned a good bit about working in a team, and to always bring a healthy and happy attitude towards customers.

Experience

I spent four years as a customer support agent with a large gaming
company, where I thrived in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Along the
way, I picked up a variety of tools and technologies, and I’ve developed a
knack for quickly learning new systems and adapting to change.

I worked as a T1 agent, and transferred my skills into a T2 agent position. I was then promoted to a social media support agent, and finally I became a social media account manager.

Education

I studied 2D and 3D animation at the world-wide acclaimed The Animation School for 4 years, where I earned my bachelors of art's degree.
