I have 10 years of experience in retail with 7 years in a managerial role. During this time, I have had the opportunity to be exposed to different functions of retail, including procurement, retail planning, administration, sales management, key account management, inventory control management, logistics and effective supplier relationship management. I was able to adapt to these many roles and portfolios by constantly learning and gaining new abilities, which allowed me to stay current and continue to add value to the team I was a part of. I believe strongly in adding value to a business by adding value to myself. I am an analytical thinker who uses data to create value and will question the current processes to find ways to improve and streamline them. As a strong leader who enjoys collaborating with others and helping others realize their full potential, I find my success, in the success of the team. I firmly feel that my retail background, character traits, and tenacious work ethic will make me a valuable addition to whatever business I join
