Accounts payable: responsible for processing supplier invoices, ensure payments are made timeously, monthly reconciliations 

Accounts receivable: prepare and send out customer invoices, help customers with queries, collect debit orders, process refunds, reconcile receivable GL accounts and prepare age analysis. 

Bank reconciliation : download bank statement from Online banking, allocate deposits and process EFTs. Prepare journalsand  monthly reconciliations. Assist with financial year end audits
