I am Currently a long distance student at The University of the Western Cape currently finishing a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in both Psychology, Linguistics and Communication.

The nature of my studies and over 10years of Customer service experience has prepared me well for the Customer service industry .  As you will see from my resume, I have worked in retail ,marketing ,customer services and gained experience in customer satisfaction and interpersonal relations when managing a team.I am fluent in English both written and verbal at a professional level .

In my previous job, I feel that I have gained all the necessary skills such as being an analytical thinker which has made me excel in my career and am looking forward to employing these skills in a fresh environment.I am keen to work for an exciting, ambitious company and learn further skills in order to keep up with the latest information and techniques in the field.
