Juan-Marie Hofmeyr

I completed my N4-N6 certification at Boland College where I studies Human Resource Management. 

After completing my certification I then started working at Paarl EMS where I was an HR / Admin intern. Currently I am working at Boland Toilet Services as an administrative clerk. 

I am working towards my Human Resource Diploma and I also have plans to study further in the future  

My daily responsibilities at Boland Toilet Services are but not limited to:

1.Basic administrative duties 
2.Daily completing log sheets
3. Dealing with client complaints and queries 
4. Doing ad hoc tasks
5.Work with petty cash 

Before I started working at Boland Toilet Services I was an intern at Paarl EMS where I was an all rounder and helped everywhere I could 

I had a broad work scope at Paarl EMS and some of my duties were but not limited to:

1. Basic administration duties 
2. Booking off the kilos of the vehicles every morning as well as every month
3. Working on various systems including RMS, PERMIS, as well as the CareMonx eTriage system 
4. Helping out in the storeroom, taking stock as well as helping with the ordering of stock and completing Log1's for new stock and archiving older documents 
5. Complete Incapacity applications and WCA documents of staff members
6. Helping out our Vaxi Team with administrative duties
7. Designed a workshop for our managers 
8. Assisted with the administrative part of your EFAR training program 
9. Arrange meetings and compiling an Action List after meetings for all managers 
10. Keep PrDP list up to date as well as the file

I matriculated at Paarl Gimnasium Highschool in 2019 where my subjects were:

After I matriculated I studied Human Resource Management at Boland College where my Subjects during N4 till N6 were :

3.Computer Practice - were I received a distinction in N4, N5 and N6
