Description

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing plumbing issues, and repairing broken appliances
- conduct inspections to identify and address any potential maintenance issues before the become major problems
- inventory management
- order and purchase required materials for repairs
- record keeping of maintenance performed
- adhere to health and safety requirements


Requirements:

- proven experience as handyman or similar role
- strong knowledge of general maintenance
- ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- excellent communication skills
- physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks
- valid driver's license and own transport
- work independently
- able to prioritise


Salary:
R10 000,00 - R16 000,00 per month
