I have worked for BATSA for 27 years until I was recently retrenched in March 2023.i worked as a Quality Auditor for years, prior to that I was an operator 

I have an advanced business management Diploma from SAIM, a certificate in operation and production management from UNISA and a certificate in logistics and supply chain from IQ academy. I was responsible to ensure that produced product conforms to specifications perform Tobacco test and menthol test. Inspect materials for conformity to standards. Ensure that documentation is done correctly. Make a follow up on blocked stock to determine cut off. Relay the information to shift leads about the number of cases blocked. Do daily product Inspection for comformance. Do shift report. Always assist production personnel and give clarity when it is needed
