I’ve led maintenance teams at Sibanye Stillwater and other operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and efficient turnaround times. I hold an Engineering N3 qualification and am currently completing further studies to stay sharp in the field.

Proven track record leading maintenance teams, overseeing hydraulic systems, pump installations, and mechanical diagnostics. Skilled in underground fitting, safety compliance, and mentoring junior staff. Demonstrated leadership at Sibanye Stillwater and other mining firms, ensuring operational efficiency and equipment reliability under demanding conditions. Multilingual and digitally literate, with strong troubleshooting abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Education
Qualified Fitter with foundational training in Electrical Engineering from Potchefstroom Technical College & University (1998). Currently advancing technical expertise through Engineering studies at Oakland Institute of Technology, having completed N3 and now pursuing N4. This progression reflects a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development in mechanical and engineering disciplines
