I have many years experience in financial services as well as sales environments. Having run my own business, I have been fortunate enough to manage large teams, integrating both administrative and sales functions within the business. I have an acute awareness of the need for all facets of a business to run coherently even if the skill sets do not overlap. Generating a sense of team, even when faced with a wide variance of skills and tasks is one of my specialties.

Experience

I have been involved in financial services for almost 25 years. During this time I have gathered a working knowledge of banking in the private banking and asset finance spheres. I have managed extensive assets on behalf of clients as well as structuring retirement planning, Wills, business continuity plans and staff retention programs. I have installed and managed large group benefit schemes and am well versed in the intricacies of putting plans in place that serve to benefit blue collar workers up to executive staff within an organization.

I have worked as part of large teams as well as independently and pride myself on my ability to identify the requirements of both teams and individuals. i enjoy people management and am able to extract the best of each individual with whom I work.
