About Jade Chessman:
Jade is a registered Specialist Wellness Counsellor who aims to assist individuals towards healing. Specializing in wellbeing, she uses DBT, somatic therapy, and mindfulness practices to enhance wellness in individual sessions and group workshops., Jade is also certified to provide counselling to people who have been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS.
Jade has also acquired a psycho-neuro-immunology coaching license which consists of a diagnostic that is geared towards healing the mind-body connection through individualized neuromodulation intervention.
Experience
Past experience includes tutoring and teaching in a number of different contexts (remedial and mainstream) and I have worked with two curriculums (CAPS and Cambridge International). Additionally, I have acquired a number of different skills sets ranging from digital marketing to administration and planning. My intention is to work alongside individuals to foster physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Individuals who are experiencing, social, emotional or behavioural challenges will learn emotional regulation techniques to enhance their wellbeing.
