I am a qualified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach, completing my studies through Trifocus Fitness Academy in June 2025, and completing the CrossFit Level 1 Coaching course in February of 2025. I am also a Grade C PSIRA registered Armed Response Security Officer with experience in patrolling, surveillance, armed response, effecting arrests, fire fighting and fire management, and search & rescue operations.
