Isabella Panzenbock

I am a dedicated and passionate Registered Dietitian with a commitment to promoting health and wellness. Not only do I love being a healthcare professional but also a living embodiment of these principles. I believe my love for leading a healthy lifestyle extends beyond this professional role, as I actively embrace and advocate for a balanced and nutritious life. My nutrition approach is not only rooted in sound academic knowledge but is also shaped by a genuine passion for helping others achieve their optimal health and wellness goals. 

After earning my BSc in Dietetics with Honors, I began my journey with a transformative community service year at a rural district hospital along the KwaZulu-Natal coast. In this challenging environment, I honed my skills and discovered the essence of dedicated dietitian.

Following my community service, I took on the role of a CrossFit Box Dietitian where I walked alongside clients, guiding them on a personalised journey to achieve their health goals through tailored meal plans and comprehensive education. 

I graduated from Stellenbosch University with a BSc in Dietetics with Honors.
