About Hennelie Jansen van vuuren:

I am Hennelie.

I have worked for 5year as the only administration/accounting in  the office with 2x agents and one pest control.

I manage  the store room with many chemicals, placed orders from HO for clients in need, book stock out, invoice clients.

I also worked with the accounts, statements and banking.

Every 2 months I send a vat report to our accountant with needed documents.

Inventory control and month end.

I also called clients for outstanding accounts, banking of cash received.

I am very familiar with pastel, also did my pastel accounting in 2014 achieved 78.5% 

I am very goal focused and self driven. I still focus on my goal even   when under pressure. Professionalism and multitasking is also something I can't let out.

I am not a leader sitting in a chair and tell every one wha  to do, I'll rather take the first step and get the job done.
