Experience
• Travel and Accommodations:
• Operating on the Bas system by capturing invoices, compiling and capturing credit notes
on Bas,
• Receive, process, approve and record all VA26A(Travel and Accommodation) requests,
• Receive and verify the correctness of received invoices and do follow ups on the
outstanding travel and accommodation invoices,
• Reconciliation of and travel payments within 30 days of receival date,
• Capture requests received regarding travel and accommodation invoices on excel spreadsheet,
• Follow up on damages of hired vehicles and no-show cases of officials and claiming the credit notes from relevant suppliers,
• General office administration, registering of outgoing and incoming documents, tracking and proper records keeping,
• Minute taking and general office management of the director’s office in the absence of the secretary.
• Secretarial:
• Taking calls and messages,
• Noting down messages and arranging appointments and meeting venues in time,
• Managing and creating an orderly filling system,
• Typing and taking notes,
• Compiling reports and minutes of attended meetings,
• Writing of memorandums.
• Transport:
• Receive and compile on excel spreadsheet G-Fleet, travel and accommodation, and FNB
account invoices for the department,
• Capture all departmental fleet invoices on BAS system,
• Assist the transport officer with inspection of fleet vehicles after each and every trip,
assist in processing of fleet accident and claims, tracker and kilometers.,
• Process the renewal of license disk and traffic fines of the department including the
minister’s office.
• Courier:
• Receive, compile and capture courier invoices, arrange them for approval and payment
process.
• Telephone:
• Configure telephone on SYSCO admin system,
• Allocate new employee telephone number on server system,
• Ability to acknowledge submitting of telephone,
• Receive, compile, disposal, and loss of assets,
• Prepare and capture invoices on the BAS system for payment processes.
Education
- Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Logistics Management | University of South Africa (Current)
- Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics Management| North West University (Completed-2020)
- National Senior Certificate | Hoërskool Uitsig ( Completed-2015)
