Are you detail-oriented and proficient in Excel? We're seeking a Financial Administrator to join our team Responsibilities include validating payments, managing communication channels, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.


Main Job Responsibilities:


Daily:


  • Verify payments and bank codes.
  • Process invoices and perform AVS bank checks.

Weekly:


  • Create new SP accounts and submit bank letters.
  • Maintain Service Provider dashboard.

Monthly:


  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely processing.
  • Reconcile accounts and handle invoice documentation.

Criteria:


  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Clear Criminal Record and ITC Checks required
  • Previous experience reporting into senior management
