Are you detail-oriented and proficient in Excel? We're seeking a Financial Administrator to join our team Responsibilities include validating payments, managing communication channels, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Main Job Responsibilities:
Daily:
- Verify payments and bank codes.
- Process invoices and perform AVS bank checks.
Weekly:
- Create new SP accounts and submit bank letters.
- Maintain Service Provider dashboard.
Monthly:
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely processing.
- Reconcile accounts and handle invoice documentation.
Culture Fit:
- Sense of urgency
- Adherence to rules and processes
- Organized and systematic approach
- Strong teamwork and engagement skills
Criteria:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Clear Criminal Record and ITC Checks required
- Previous experience reporting into senior management
