With over 20 years of experience, I bring a rare combination of strategic HR leadership, VIP account management, and end-to-end payroll expertise. I currently serve as a Compliance and ESG Officer for an international organization, where I oversee complex HR and payroll compliance across France, Switzerland, and the Netherlands for a highly diverse global workforce spanning Europe, the Philippines, and Indonesia. My strength lies in translating intricate regulations into clear, practical processes, underpinned by exceptional administrative precision and accountability. I bring a wealth of experience built over more than two decades across public service, private sector, and international environments. I spent 17 years with the South African Police Service (SAPS) in the Discipline and Grievance Department, where I played a key role in establishing and managing labour relations frameworks across the entire Mpumalanga Province. I was subsequently headhunted by Omega Risk Solutions, serving for four years as an HR Administrator at the National Key Point, Sasol, within a highly regulated and security-sensitive setting. After completing this contract, I was again headhunted by Nova Plant Services, where I worked for five years until company closure, managing all HR, Safety, and Logistics functions across major industrial sites including Sasol, Kusile, and Medupi.

Since 2020, I have gained valuable international experience, beginning as an Account Manager responsible for over 150 VIP account holders. I later progressed into an Executive Assistant role before advancing to my current position as Compliance and ESG Officer at Rivertech Ltd. In this role, I successfully led the company through ISO certification, with a strong focus on internal auditing, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
