I'm a very hard working person. Have 3 years experience in Customer service. 2 years in QA in a call center. I have a passion for any kind of work that is customer based. I also have experience in hospitality management because I studied it but didn't finish my studies.

I'm currently working as a retention agent at rain. I have been working for the company for 3 years and in these 3 years I have been a customer service agent, voice escalations agent. I'm basically an all rounder when it comes to customer service.

Education

I matriculated in 2012. Studied Hospitality Management but didn't complete it. In 2016 I obtained a higher certificate in Grade R teaching.
