I have matric plus one year administration and seven years experience in retail. I have excellent communication skills, listening skills and customer service skills. I am a fast learner, interested in growing my skills and experience while bringing value to the employer's business. I am a versatile person, I can work in different positions and can work under pressure. I complete any task given to me by senior staff.

1. I worked as a receptionist for one year at Mandlakazi Rural Development (NGO). My duties included welcoming clients, handling customer queries and complaints, accepting cash and writing invoices, filing, organising refreshments for meetings, taking minutes, cleaning and maintenaning hygiene in the office. I left hoping to further my studies.
2. In 2007, I joined Pack'n Stack and worked as a merchandiser for seven years. My duties included packing stock on shelves, promoting products to instore customers, placing orders, building bulk displays for promotions, returning unsaleable stock back to the supplier, rotating stock to avoid expired stock on shelves, attending to customer queries and complaints and resolve them, assisting customers choose products based on benefits and their needs.

I completed matric In 2001. In 2014, I did a one year learnership with OWL Business Training which gave me a NCert. in Wholesale & Retail Operations
