I have a diverse and rich professional experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

I started my career in retail, where I spent 8 years honing my skills in customer service, sales, and store operations as a Retail Store Manager. This role provided me with a strong foundation in managing teams, understanding customer needs, and driving sales growth.

Following this, I ventured into the digital space as an Intern in Digital Marketing. This role has exposed me to various aspects of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

My journey then led me to serve as a Community Manager for a year. In this role, I have been responsible for managing and engaging with the company’s online community in ways that build brand loyalty and boost brand visibility.

Currently, as a Brand Coordinator, I'm involved in developing and implementing brand strategies to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and strengthen the brand’s identity. This role combines my past experiences and allows me to use my understanding of markets and digital platforms to enhance brand presence.

Overall, my career trajectory shows a clear progression towards roles that involve increasing responsibility in managing and promoting brands, particularly in the digital space.

My educational journey is both diverse and focused, demonstrating a clear interest in commerce and marketing.

I began my academic journey studying commerce in high school, providing me with a solid foundation in business principles.

I then pursued a Higher Certificate in Economic Management Sciences through UNISA, further deepening my understanding of economics and its role in business.

My interest in marketing led me to complete a year-long program in Marketing Management, also through UNISA. This program equipped me with key marketing concepts and strategies.

To gain practical experience and industry insights, I undertook a Digital Marketing Internship through the International Institute of Digital Marketing. This experience has allowed me to apply my academic knowledge in a real-world context.

Currently, I'm completing my degree through UNISA, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of marketing.
