A Rhodes University honours graduate in Ethnomusicology with Drama and Ethnomusicology as undergraduate majors. I’m a theatre and practitioner, facilitator, academic, and performer. I shine as a project manager, and production coordinator as I have live experiences of the needs and wants of a production team from a performing and crew perspective. I was a project manager for the 2018 Standard Bank Young Artist winner( Chuma Sepotela) for performance arts which received an ovation award. A performer and instrumentalist in “ Verlore Gehuime” an exploration of the senses by Ashwin May which was a collaborative performance art piece for the 2019 National Arts Festival. An African music ensemble facilitator for three consecutive years for the national school arts festival (2017-2019). I am passionate about live, stage, and broadcast performances of music and original South African stories and the processes of representation in these topics. My aim is to coordinate, produce, and be a facilitator in the present representation of the arts.
