My experience and prime activities have been in sectors that demanded a proactive development and management / customer-oriented focus. I am a capable professional who can deal with the requirements and challenges of ever-growing opportunities.

 

I have had many years in the Customer Service and Administration industry as well as Online work doing transcribing and translation. I previously worked for Standard Banks CIB division as a customer service consultant which allowed me to tackle almost any type of situation that could have been presented to a person. Until recently I worked as a VA for a company based in Australia. So, being based in South Africa doesn’t exclude me from the international market as I am used to working any time of the day or night. I started with them at their inception and worked up to management level, dealing with calls, being a customer relationship manager, doing calendar bookings, staff management, training and client account management. I was the assistant to the owner of the company and applied myself in most things on her behalf.

 

I also have had opportunities to gain experience in various other fields such as management, bookkeeping, office administration, virtual assistant, virtual receptionist, transcribing, translating, proofreading, sales, stock control, reception, guest relations, function co-ordinating among other things.

I take pride in my work and in what I do. I can work independently and in a group environment. I’d prefer to make decisions, but also respect the choices of my superiors and advice of my peers.
