I am a highly disciplined and multitalented person who has had experience in both the education and corporate environments. I have studied and have achieved a Bachelor of Commerce degree, a Post graduate certificate in Education and am currently studying towards a Honours degree.

 I have taught computer applications for over 20 years. I have advanced ICDL (Microsoft) certificates and a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications in general. Because of this broad exposure to computer applications, I am able to learn new programmes and computer applications quickly and easily. This was evident when I was employed by Thorough Tech to write and develop e-learning material on a programme called Lectora. I was able to work independently on the system within a week of taking up employment.

 I am well versed in office administration as I have lectured it for many years. I am also very confident in my own administration skills, as I have worked in administration environments before and have received praise from previous employers with regard to this, as I am highly organized. Administration is also a fundamental of teaching, for which I also have many years of experience.

 I have also worked as a Student Liaison Officer where I had to Liaise with students, as well as the student representative council. I have planned, coordinated, and implemented events for students which included liaising with external stakeholders, the department of labour and the health department. I was trained by Higher health to give Health talks on Gender Based Violence, HIV, TB Care, cyber bullying, and drug awareness. 

I have taught at a High school for Basic Education, but most of my life I have taught at Colleges under Higher Education. In addition to my teaching jobs, Regent Business school has employed me on a part time basis to do corporate training with both the education department and municipalities. This was done one site as well as online. I am a seasoned lecturer and administrator. I am confident in my abilities within both the education and corporate environments.
