I am an expert at encouraging employee participation in health and safety issues, promoting health and safety awareness in the workplace and creating a system that works for the company. As a true professional I always keep up to date with changes in the law and am never afraid to ruffle a few feathers in my quest to promote a positive health and safety culture through the introduction of new initiatives. Having worked my way up from Intern to Divisional Manager over the years has been a great advantage to me as I understand the requirements and tasks at every level. I am able to work in different disciplines and can take on any work assigned to me.

I am a creator, fixer and driver who has 17+ years of work experience across various industries: Minerals, Construction, Petrochemical, FMCG and Manufacturing (Chemicals and Food and Beverage).

My qualifications include a BTech Degree and National Diploma in Safety Management, NEBOSH Environmental Management, Systems Implementer and Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and various related short course certificates including Behavioral Based Safety.
