Responsible for organizing underwriting data requests; complete insurance applications and create underwriting submissions for insurance renewals. Responsible for providing analysis for underwriting, claims, budgeting and investment decision making.

Operations:

• Due Diligence for all Group Schemes (previous underwriting status, claims ratio)
• Preparing and sending of Quotations based on data received (Monthly Premium calculations) for new prospective clients.
• Reformatting of data for system imports for Administration and Underwriting Companies.
• Product Setup for IT Department for data to be imported.
• Once quotations are accepted, necessary agreements are drafted and sent to clients.
• Representative Registrations done as per Financial Sector Conduct Authority legislations.
• Preparing and sending Membership lists, invoices, and statements.
• Agreements for Brokerage Companies selling products on behalf of Administration Company.

Finance:

• Monthly reconciliations of Company Bank Account:
  • Payments allocated to relevant Group Scheme/Policyholder.
  • All payment sheet created with payment information as well as claim statistics.  Overall income vs claims projections.
  • Calculating Agent commissions for salary payments.
  • Additional monthly commissions payable to third parties.
