Experience
At the very start of my professional career, I worked for the Department Cultural Affairs & Sport we I acquire some valuable presentation and facilitation skills. After my contract expired, I form part of a collective of versatile individuals in establishing a NGO with its major objective to promote community development within the poverty stricken area of Oudtshoorn. After gaining more related skills the local Business Chamber identify me as the ideal individual (Centre Manager) to initiate and developed a local Training Centre (with SETA accredited training) to add to the skills outfit of the local workers corps in Oudtshoorn and close surrounding areas. After successful establishing of last-mentioned, after a 4 year period I except a position as a Site Manager for the well-known and successful Community Work Program (CWP) umbrellaed by Department Cooperative Governance & Traditional Affairs (CoGTA) where I worked for more than 9 years with 36 Supervisors, 24 Store Persons, 4 Health & Safety Officers and 961 ordinary workers under my managerial capacity, until end of October 2021.
