I am an expert Salesman & Interior Designer, particularly in the furniture and tiling industry with 28 years’ experience within client services, offering advanced skills in interior design, merchandising, stock-control, process optimisation as well as service delivery. I am also a qualified Interior Designer, a skillset which was often used in the tiling and furniture industry. I am committed to productivity and service delivery, and I provide a full capability offering in sales.
I have gained significant experience in: Sales, Stock Control, Merchandise Management, Store Management and Customer Service Optimization.
I have worked for many years in the sales industry, and have learned a lot of traits and concepts regarding people which cannot be learnt simply from a text-book. The daily experience of customers and people in general over the years has led me to develop qualities of emotional and interpersonal effectiveness.
In addition to the Salesmanship experience, I had also used my creativity as an artist to develop effective designs regarding merchandise, signages as well as design customers’ ideal perceptions when it comes to their interior decorating and tiling using SketchUp Pro. I tend to the customers’ needs by unpacking their queries, getting a firm understanding of their requests, managing their expectations and delivering the service to them optimally and professionally.
