About Danielle Rittel:

The deep Science of Life is what I explore through the systemayic teachings of BKS Iyengar. This approach to health and well-being makes yoga accessible to all ages and abilities. I have been guiding a wonderful array of people for the past 13years and am honoured and grateful for the mental and physical flexibility we create together.

Experience

Teaching group and private yoga classes full time since 2010, in my personal studios across the Cape Winelands and in various alternative venues, eg. weddings, wine farms, retreat centres, corporate settings etc. Also make it my calling to take Yoga to the smaller towns in the Swartland area. I also teach regular online Zoom classes.

Education

Hold an International LEVEL 2 Certification from the BKS Iyengar Institute of South Africa as directed by the Institute in Pune, India. This allows the teaching of Asana, Pranayama and Restorative yoga practises. By attending regular local and international workshops and seminars we as taechers are continually learning and being monitored to ensure safe  sound teaching.
