Currently serving as a Content Classifier at the Film and Publications Board, I meticulously analyze and categorize diverse media forms, playing a crucial role in helping the public make informed choices.

With a strong foundation in Broadcasting, I excel in my role as a Project Coordinator at the Media Development and Diversity Agency’s project unit. I thrive on orchestrating multifaceted broadcast projects that champion diversity and inclusivity in the media landscape, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive impactful change.

As a seasoned Transmission Controller at SuperSport, I’m at the heart of live sports broadcasting, where I ensure seamless transmission and flawless execution of captivating events. My technical prowess and ability to make quick decisions under pressure contribute to delivering exceptional viewing experiences to audiences.

With each role, I embrace the challenge of fostering responsible content distribution, promoting diversity, and delivering high-quality broadcasts.

I possess slightly over a decade of diverse experience within the broadcast industry, with a significant portion of my expertise garnered during my tenure at Multichoice. In addition, I bring with me three years of valuable experience in community media and community development, where I served as a project coordinator at the MDDA and as a content classifier with the FPB.

My educational background includes a BA Honours degree from AFDA, and I have recently completed a Project Management qualification at the University of Pretoria. I am currently enrolled in a program at Wits University focused Telecommunications Policy Regulation and Management.
