About Cora Currin:

Hello there! I'm Cora, an emerging designer and illustrator based in South Africa. My love for children's literature runs deep, and the splendour of nature continues to fuel my creativity.

Having acquired a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art alongside an Honours degree in Illustration, I embarked on my journey as a freelance Illustrator and Designer. I take pride in illustrating a spectrum of books, ranging from learning resources to personal tales and colourful children's illustrated books. I've also catered to unique small-scale projects like wedding invitations, product packaging, logo creation, and more. Most recently, I've found myself intrigued by UI design and am eager to hone my abilities in this area.

I worked as a part-time graphic designer at Embrace Life in Melkbosstrand. During my time there I was in charge of managing the front desk, sales, website- management, SEO, design and advertising.

I worked as a junior graphic designer at a startup business, Triunse, in Stellenbosch. During my time there I was in charge of poster design, marketing and different printing projects for clients.
