I have spent the last 6 years in Pretoria, where I worked for a rental company specializing in student accommodation at the University of Pretoria.

My experience with the company consists of the below:

The first two years at the company I was part of the maintenance and administration team.  The third year I was appointed maintenance manager of all apartments. During the fourth year I was appointed as a property manager, in charge of a certain number of properties. My duties included marketing, maintenance and administration of these properties.  The sixth year there was retrenchments in the company and I was then selected as property inspector, viewing agent and manager of the cleaning team. My duties also included to assist the finance, contracts and maintenance departments. Since the beginning of the year, I have been back as a property manager for both communes and apartments.
