  • MIBCO & MEIBC bargaining council knowledge
  • Month-end reconciliation and reports - run and write ODBC reports and Journals
  • PAYE reconciliation and SARS submissions
  • Query resolution
  • Prepare, collect, and sort input documentation
  • Modify and Maintain employee information
  • Input on the payslip screen: Earnings, Deductions, Company contributions, Perks
  • Process and capture or import Leave
  • Batch entry and import
  • Onboarding and Terminate employees
  • Termination, Bonus and Retrenchment calculations
  • Printing of all payroll reports
  • Reconcile all input and make relevant corrections
  • Print and sending of payslips
  • Third party reconciliations and resolving of queries
  • Ensure that all administration such as annual leave, sick leave, overtime and expense claims are completed correctly in line with relevant Company Policies
  • Ensured that if there are internal or external escalations that the escalations happen as quick as possible and with all relevant information
  • Ensure that all tasks performed are done within required time, accurate
  • Export UIF Declaration File
  • STATS SA and Was.8 submissions
  • Understanding of and keeping up to date with Statutory calculations (PAYE, UIF, SDL)
  • Understanding of and keeping up to date with the Labour Act, BCEA in relations to Payroll Function
  • Filing documentation and reports
  • Attend to payroll queries
  • Update and maintain employee files
  • Prepare employee files for auditing purposes
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is filed and on record

     

 

 

Education

Matric, VIP Payroll and Administration Courses – Certifications

ODBC and BIM report writing, Ms Microsoft package knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook).
