I used to work for a company formally known as Bytes People Solutions, under the Multichoice campaign, were I worked as a telesales, customer retention and customer service agent from 2015 to 2018. Then I worked for a U.K customer based company called WebhelpSA. I worked as a customer service adviser, assisting customers umderstand their financial transactions, make online payments, replacement purchases and tracking their purchase deliveries under a Very and littlewood U.K online store campaign. Then because of my hard work and dedication, I was moved to a new Worldremit campaign were I was assisting customers to make international money transfers.

Im currently a distance Bachelor of Business Administration 3rd year student with Richfield.
